Now, since making Kitty's kamas, we've been mulling over (and getting asked from others) about the legality of Swung Green weapons.
It has been stated officially on the Dagorhir forums that swung weapons are NOT ALLOWED to do green damage.
BUT this does not mean that her kamas (or any other swung "green") is a barred weapon. What this rule MEANS is that the swung weapon will be treated as a blue, regardless of if it hits with a "stabbing tip" or a blade.
To reiterate, ANY swung weapon can only do blue or red damage. In order for green damage to take place, the weapon must be used in a stabbing/thrusting motion.

I think he's meaning the little side-tip that the orc swords have in the LOTR movies.
Damage is dependent on the way you hit. Stabbing motion + stabbing tip = Green. Stabby tip on a swung edge = blue regardless.
